Self-hosted and SSO
Docker, PostgreSQL and Redis — including Lilly, as an optional add-on — on your own servers is quoted per organisation. Talk to sales if you need SSO, audit export or an SLA.

Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes — the Free plan is a 5-day trial for one user, with no credit card required. Paid plans are arranged with sales.
Do you charge for the AI assistant separately?
Yes. Lilly is an optional AI add-on on paid plans — not on the Free trial. Ask sales for the current rate. On hosted plans she runs on Qivity’s servers. Self-host and she runs on your organisation’s infrastructure.
Are WhatsApp messages included?
WhatsApp Integration is on the Business plan. You connect your own WhatsApp Business account, so Meta bills you directly at their published conversation rates. Qivity adds no markup and does not meter your messages.
Can we change plans later?
Yes, up or down, at any time. Quotas apply from the moment the change takes effect and the product tells you clearly which limit you have reached.
What does self-hosting cost?
Self-hosted deployments are quoted per organisation rather than per seat — talk to sales for a number based on your team size and support needs.
