A Tuesday morning
It’s 9:14. Priya opens Qivity. Last night’s WhatsApp from Acme is already on the deal. Lilly has the south pipeline ready. Yesterday’s win is waiting for her to claim.
No tab-switching. No export. No “let me check Outlook.”
On-premise client
VoyantixTech chose on-premise, self-hosted Qivity CRM.
Enterprise software for life sciences. They run Qivity CRM on their own servers.
A hosted CRM was not an option — our customer data had to stay on our servers.
Self-hosted Qivity did that. After using it, we would make the same choice again.

What you actually get
Not a claim that we out-configure a platform. These are the pieces that are simply in the product — at five seats or five thousand — and you can check every line in a demo.
On hosted plans, Lilly runs on Qivity’s servers. Self-host and she runs on your own infrastructure. Ask her for pipeline, meetings and reminders. Lilly is an optional AI add-on on paid plans — not on the Free trial. Ask sales for the rate.
Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or plain IMAP — read, reply, file and template from the CRM. Not a sync. Not a sidebar plugin. The thread on a deal is the actual thread.
Connect your WhatsApp Business numbers — one company line, a number per rep, or both. Campaigns, a two-way inbox with ticks, attachments, and a reminder digest to each rep’s phone. Every chat sits on its CRM record.
Reps don’t type deal values. They pick products, and the number is computed. Forecasts stop being a creative-writing exercise. From Proposal Sent onward, no deal reaches the board deck without a real figure behind it.
Rates live on the product, per role and region. A win pays each product’s rate, frozen at that moment, then claimed by the rep and settled by accounts in-app. No spreadsheet. No month-end argument.
Service contracts, AMCs, invoices, payments, maintenance visits, expiry reminders — the post-sale half of the business most CRMs treat as someone else’s problem. Winning a deal can raise the contract for you.
Two Qivity organisations become partners only when both accept the terms. After that, either company can send a lead to the other. They work it in their own organisation; you keep the link; they never see the rest of your pipeline. No shared login, no spreadsheet in email.
Every stage a prospect passed through — first touch, owner changes, mail, WhatsApp, meetings, the win — sits on one timeline. Open it on the record, or download it as a report when someone needs the whole story.
The honest version
These are the things a buyer usually discovers in month four — not during the demo.
Mainstream CRM assistants ship your pipeline to a third-party model. On hosted Qivity, Lilly runs on Qivity’s servers. Self-host and she runs on yours. Either way, Lilly is an optional AI add-on on paid plans — not on the Free trial.
Most CRMs offer a sync, a plugin or a BCC dropbox. Threads go missing, replies land nowhere, and people go back to Outlook. Here the CRM is the mailbox.
The channel customers actually reply on is usually a paid marketplace connector — its own bill, its own outage. Here it is in the product.
Renewals, AMCs, maintenance visits and service invoices fall into spreadsheets the moment a deal is marked Won.
The most motivating number in a sales org is calculated once a month, by hand, by someone who is not the rep.
If the deal value is a free-text field, the pipeline report is fiction.
A lead someone gave up on should return to the pool, not vanish. Deletion destroys the history you needed for attribution.
Assigning a lead to another company usually means a CSV and a prayer. Here two Qivity organisations accept the terms first, then send leads to each other — each in their own company.
Private AI
Most CRM assistants send your records to a third-party model. On hosted plans, Lilly runs on Qivity’s servers. Self-host and she runs on your organisation’s infrastructure. Lilly is an optional AI add-on on paid plans — not on the Free trial. Ask sales.

I can only cover you and the people who report to you — that’s how record visibility works here, and being an admin doesn’t widen it. Sales Analytics has the organisation-wide view.

Qivity CRM is the sales system for teams who want pipeline, mail, WhatsApp and renewals in one product — with Lilly hosted on Qivity’s servers, or on yours if you self-host.
Every CRM vendor shipped an AI assistant in the last two years. Almost none of them will tell you plainly where your data goes when you use it.
Most CRMs “do WhatsApp” by selling you someone else’s connector. Native means the thread, the template window and the campaign sit on the CRM record — not in another tab.
The CRM your sales team works in all day: pipeline, the real mailbox, WhatsApp, campaigns, commissions and service contracts. Lilly, the assistant, answers questions about your records. On hosted plans she runs on Qivity’s servers; self-host and she runs on yours. Lilly is an optional AI add-on on paid plans — not on the Free trial.
Eight things most CRMs still skip: you can self-host so the AI runs on your own infrastructure (hosted plans run Lilly on Qivity’s servers); your real mailbox lives inside the CRM; WhatsApp is native; deal values come from a product catalog; commission is calculated and settled in-app; AMC contracts continue after Won; partner organisations send leads once both accept the terms; and a prospect’s full lifecycle can be displayed and downloaded as a report.
Yes. The Free plan is a 5-day trial for one user, with no credit card. Import your data and connect a mailbox during the trial.
Yes. Qivity runs on Docker with PostgreSQL and Redis, on your own servers or private cloud — including Lilly, which then runs on your infrastructure. Lilly is an optional AI add-on on paid plans — not on the Free trial.
Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Gmail, and any standard IMAP/SMTP server with an email address and password.
Yes, on the Business plan. Connect your own WhatsApp Business numbers for campaigns, a two-way inbox with delivery ticks and attachments, reply-time analytics and notifications — all linked to CRM records.
Yes. Drag, drop, resize and recolour widgets. Build your own from a data source and chart type — or sandboxed HTML. Share a dashboard or a single widget; it fills with the other person’s data under their permissions.
Yes. Two Qivity organisations become partners only after both accept the terms. Then either side can send a lead; they work it in their own company. You keep the link; they never see the rest of your pipeline.
Yes. The record shows every stage they passed through — first touch, owners, mail, WhatsApp, meetings — on one timeline. You can download that view as a report.
Most teams are working in Qivity the same day: connect a mailbox, import an Excel list and invite people. No implementation partner required.
Twenty minutes, on your data — not a canned demo. If we are the wrong fit, we will say so on the call.
