An enterprise CRM that does not need a year and a systems integrator

Large organisations usually get one of two things: a platform with the governance they need and an eighteen-month rollout, or a product that works immediately and fails the security review. Qivity is built to be both — unlimited seats, SSO, audit export and data residency, deployed on your own infrastructure if that is what your regulator or your board requires.

The problem

What breaks without it

The rollout outlives the sponsor

A platform that needs a partner to become a product takes quarters to reach the first rep. Qivity ships opinionated, so the pipeline, the mailbox and campaigns work on day one and configuration is narrowing, not building.

Security review stops the purchase

The question that kills most CRM deals in a regulated business is where the AI processes customer records. Here the honest answer is that they never leave your deployment, because the models run inside it.

Governance is bolted on afterwards

Role-based access that follows the reporting line, audit logging with retention controls, and per-organisation isolation at the data layer are how the product is built, not a tier you upgrade into for them.

How Qivity CRM handles it

Enterprise CRM, in the product

SSO and directory integration

Sign-in through your existing identity provider, with no password stored for federated accounts.

Audit log export and retention controls

A tamper-evident record of administrative actions, exportable and retained on the schedule your policy sets.

Self-hosted or private-cloud deployment

The whole platform — including the AI assistant — inside your own datacentre or private cloud, in the region your regulator requires.

Manager hierarchy and rolled-up visibility

Record visibility follows the reporting line rather than a role badge, with team views that roll up the way an org chart actually works.

Partner collaboration

Assign a lead to another company on Qivity. They work it in their own organisation. You keep the link, not a copy in email, and they never see the rest of your pipeline.

Named onboarding and SLA-backed support

A named contact for migration and rollout, and support commitments written into the contract rather than a shared queue.

Questions people actually ask

Is there a seat limit?

No. The Business plan is unlimited users, and self-hosted deployments are quoted per organisation rather than per seat, so adding people to the CRM is never the thing that makes it more expensive.

Can we run it entirely inside our own network?

Yes. Qivity runs on Docker with PostgreSQL and Redis and can be deployed with no internet egress at all — including Lilly, which then runs on your infrastructure. Lilly is an optional AI add-on on paid plans — not on the Free trial.

How is this different from your smaller plans?

It is the same product. Self-hosted adds SSO, audit export and retention controls, named onboarding and an SLA. Nothing in the core CRM is withheld from smaller plans and then sold back at this tier.

Bring your pipeline. We’ll bring a laptop.

Twenty minutes, on your data — not a canned demo. If we are the wrong fit, we will say so on the call.
