Use case

The CRM where WhatsApp is a channel, not an integration

In most of the world, a customer who ignores three emails answers a WhatsApp message in four minutes. Qivity CRM connects your WhatsApp Business numbers directly — broadcast campaigns, a two-way inbox with delivery ticks, attachments and voice notes, reply-time analytics, and every conversation linked to the lead, contact or contract it belongs to.

The problem

What breaks without it

Conversations live on a rep’s personal phone

When they leave, the customer history leaves with them. Numbers connected to Qivity keep the thread in the company’s system.

Nobody knows what was promised

A WhatsApp promise is still a promise. Here it sits on the record, next to the emails and the deal.

WhatsApp marketing tools don’t know your pipeline

A standalone broadcast tool can’t exclude customers who already bought, or anyone on your do-not-contact list. Qivity can, because it is the CRM.

How Qivity CRM handles it

CRM with WhatsApp, in the product

Multiple Business numbers

One shared company number, a number per rep, or both — each notification goes out from the right one.

Campaigns to mobile numbers

Audience screening catches missing, unreadable and duplicate numbers, and fills country codes from your default before you send.

The 24-hour window, made visible

Qivity shows whether a chat is open or template-only, and switches the compose box accordingly, so you never write a message WhatsApp will reject.

Daily reminder digest

Every rep’s due follow-ups delivered to their phone at 9am in their own timezone. Nothing sent on a day with nothing due.

Questions people actually ask

Do we need a WhatsApp Business API account?

For campaigns and automated notifications, yes — you connect your own WABA, so message costs are billed to you at Meta’s rates with no markup from us.

Can we use an ordinary WhatsApp number?

Where your installation enables it, an owner can link a personal WhatsApp by QR code, the way WhatsApp Web does. It is unofficial and Meta can ban the number, so we recommend a Business number for anything that matters.

Bring your pipeline. We’ll bring a laptop.

Twenty minutes, on your data — not a canned demo. If we are the wrong fit, we will say so on the call.
