Use case
Commission calculated by the CRM, claimed by the rep, settled by accounts
The number that most changes a salesperson’s behaviour is usually computed once a month in a spreadsheet by someone in finance. In Qivity, incentive rates live on the product, a won deal pays them automatically, and the whole claim-to-payment cycle happens in-app.
The problem
What breaks without it
Reps can’t see what they’ve earned
My Profile shows earnings deal by deal, in real time, with the region each was attributed to.
Month-end disputes
The rate card is frozen onto the deal at the moment of the win. Changing a rate later never rewrites what was already earned.
Finance rebuilds the calculation every month
Accounts settle claims from a pending-tasks queue and mark them paid.
How Qivity CRM handles it
CRM with sales commission tracking, in the product
Rates on the product
Sales, User, Admin and Accounts percentages per product — the same everywhere or different per region.
Frozen at the win
Rates are copied onto the deal when it is won, and reversed automatically if the deal re-opens.
Claim and settle
Reps claim, accounts approve or reject with a reason, and both sides are notified.

Questions people actually ask
Can administrators change their own rates?
No. Only the organisation owner can add products or change incentive rates. Everyone else, administrators included, sees the rate card read-only.
