मुख्य निष्कर्ष

  1. Lilly is an optional AI add-on on paid plans — not on the Free trial. Ask sales for the current rate.
  2. On hosted plans she runs on Qivity’s servers. Self-host and she runs on your infrastructure.

Lilly is the assistant inside Qivity CRM. She is an optional AI add-on on paid plans — not on the Free trial. Ask sales for the current rate. She is not a wrapper around ChatGPT.

When a rep types “break my leads down by stage” or “remind me to call Acme next Tuesday at 3,” Lilly classifies the intent and runs a real query — or drafts a card you confirm. On hosted plans that happens on Qivity’s servers. Self-host and it happens on yours. The longer argument is what a private AI CRM is.

What she does today

  • Pipeline and lead counts, including filters you said in the sentence.
  • Reminders and to-dos, including repeating ones, on a card you accept.
  • Meetings on your actual calendar, logged against the record.
  • Search by meaning: pharmaceutical accounts in the south, even if those words are not on the lead.
  • Excel download of the matched set.

She quotes product docs instead of paraphrasing them. She says she does not know rather than inventing a number. Those are product decisions, not model size.

What she will not do

Write your strategy memo. See the VP’s pipeline because you are an admin. If you need those, you want a different kind of AI, and we will say so. Architecture is on the AI CRM page.

How to try it

Connect a mailbox, one question you actually ask on a Monday. Watch whether the answer is a query or a paragraph. Book a demo — including on self-hosted, with internet egress blocked, if that is the requirement.
